The Hidden Horses of New York: A Novel won its second award with a WINNIE Award from the 2020 edition of the Equus Film & Arts Fest. Established in 2013, the EQUUS Film & Arts Fest was created to “highlight and reward the diverse and creative efforts of those who artistically pay homage to the horse.”
The Hidden Horses of New York wins American Horse Publications Award for Fiction – May 30, 2020
The Hidden Horses of New York: A Novel was awarded this year’s equine-related fiction prize. American Horse Publications is the country’s foremost professional organization for equine media creators, including editors, photographers, writers, and publishers. The judge stated: “Your realistic, masterful dialogue and storytelling is what really made this novel shine in this class and propelled this book head and shoulders above all others.”
